Hi Thanh

We hope you are well.

We are back in Canada and back at work. It is cold and wet here. The days are very short at Christmas time.
We thank you again for the wonderful time we had. We had a safe journey back to Hanoi and enjoyed our last few days walking around the city. We saw the Water Puppets, the Temple of Literature, Ho Chi Minh's stilt house, the one pillar pagoda, the Military History Museum and the Tran Quoc Pagoda and of course enjoyed more good food...but nothing quite as good as the food you served us at your house. We were indeed honored to be the guests of you and your landlords!

We have been showing our photos to all our friends. They are very impressed with the beauty of Vietnam. We tell them all about the best tour guide.

We will send you some photos in 6 separate e-mail messages because they may take a while to download. They are not the full size. If you want a full size (1 - 2 MB) let us know and we can send it to you.
We hope your web site is coming along.
Eugene and Lisa

Hi Thanh,
I hope all is well back in Vietnam. I made it back safely and now back at work in Sydney which the rest of the group have now started work around the country. Thanks again for all your help in setting up the sponsorship and also for taking us around when we were in Sapa and Bac Ha- we all really enjoyed it and the group loved meeting you. I am hopeful that we can continue the sponsorship next year but will obviously have to check with the University but goinbg on feedback so far, it shouldn't be a problem. I will check if we can also help the school in Ban Ho and let you know.
Thanks again for your great help
All the best to you and Miss Hung for the New year
Take care

Hi Thanh,
I hope your New Year is off to a great start...and now spring is just around the corner .  I just wanted to take a few minutes of your time to thank you for being such a gracious tour guide on our recent trip to Vietnam over the holidays.  We had never been to Vietnam before, so neither of us knew what to expect.  What we found was one of the most beautiful countries we had ever seen.  The cuisine in Vietnam was incredible and the people of your country were so kind and helpful too.  But I must admit, that out of all the things we did in Vietnam, taking your tour through Sapa, trekking through the villages, and getting to meet and speak to the village people was the highlight of our trip.  And the stories you shared with us about the village you grew up in and the school you went to were so touching.  I will never forget your experiences that you were kind enough to share with us.  You are incredible person and you made our visit to Vietnam one that we will never forget.  Thank you again for all you did for us on our tour.  I would recommend you and your company to ANYONE who was looking for something different.  If someone is looking to get off the beaten path and get away from the local tourist areas and they would like to experience the everyday life of the mountain people in Sapa, I would highly recommend they contact you for an experience they will never forget.  And one last thing.......I absolutely loved your singing as we made our way from village to village.  It brought such a sense of calmness and peacefulness to our journey.  I truly enjoyed everything about our trip.
Thank you again for an incredible experience.  I will certainly contact you again if we are ever back in Vietnam.
Oh, I also attached some of our pictures from along our journey with you.  Thanks again.

Hi Thanh,
Of coarse I remember you.  We just got back from Vietnam 2 days ago and I am still jet lagged, but we had a wonderful time and Sapa was our very favorite part.  Thanks for making it such an amazing day!  We will certainly recommend you to anyone who might visit Sapa and hopefully we can return some day durring the green season.  Thanks for the pictures and have a great day!  Sarah (and Ryan)

Dear Thanh
We are safely back in Canada after our wonderful trip to SE Asia. What a great impression  your part of the trip made on us. You were such an excellent guide, a great cook and you showed us your part of the world with such insight. We have been telling our family and friends about your new business and thoroughly recommending your services. We want to thank you most sincerely for your  giving us a special, intimate portrait of your life and your surroundings. Thanks for sending on the photo of the magnificent scenery (and us!!!)
Good luck in your future endeavours - do keep in touch.
All the best
Laura and Gordon
P. S. Please send our best wishes and thanks to your Sapa family

Thank you again for making the trip such fun. You are very skilled in managing your tour parties. And
flexible enough to make it seem we are not locked into a set tour. Vietnam is
an A grade destionation and we will be considering another trip - maybe south -
before we are too old. Best wishes for fatherhood.

Hi Thanh

Thanks for giving us the most amazing holiday in Vietnam in April 2011. It was so easy for us how you booked our accommodation in Hanoi, day trip around Hanoi, train transfers to Sapa and then an incredible 3 day mountain bike adventure with our children.

We now understand what you mean by "Vietnam my way" - we saw so much more on this trip than our last one 4 years ago.

We especially enjoyed the way that you involved the local people in our trip so that they would benefit from the tourism but at the same time we benefited from seeing their village way of life first hand.

Our children had the best holiday ever with great fun on the good quality bikes, with safety no concern at all and your very special way of keeping them happy throughout the trip.

The whole trip was so well organized with a back up van in case we got tired, no bags to carry, great food and good quality vehicles and home stays.

We will definitely come back for another trip and have already recommended your services to a number of people.

In our view you couldn't ask for a better guide with a big heart for the people of Vietnam.

Thanks so much.
