Three day trek with two night stay in the local villages
Tour Code:

Day One

Depart Sa Pa by jeep via astounding vistas of mountain rice terraces. You will reach the head of the trail by 9am and begin your 15km trek across the mountain sides. We will walk past the Y Linh Ho village of the Black H’mong people and stop as soon as we get hungry for a picnic beside the river surrounded by beautiful scenery.

We will keep walking along the rice terraces to Ta Van village where you will meet your host family for the evening. They will prepare you a delicious home-cooked meal which you can follow with a few cups of “Happy Water” – the home-stilled rice wine. Within a short while it will be time to head to the family home’s comfortable sleeping room.

Day Two;

Roosters crowing and water buffalos lowing beneath a lightening sky will awaken you in this hill tribe village. Softly leave the house to explore and observe the village meeting the new day. A home-cooked breakfast will set you on your way as you start a 4hr, 16km trek via local paths through bamboo forests, over a mountain crest or two – where your guide will prepare you a delicious lunch - and then along the river to Ban Ho village of the Tay tribe where you will meet your second home stay family.

You will have plenty of time to explore the village of Ban Ho and even have a swim in nearby natural river pools. You will be staying in a traditional Tay stilt-house with modern amenities and again experience the warm hospitality of Vietnam as your guide assists with translating any language difficulties between you and your home stay family. Experience the joys about your families over a traditional meal before retiring to bed.of a genuine cross-cultural experience as you share stories .

 Day Three;

Ensure you have you camera with you because today’s 13km trek will lead you through magnificent landscapes of rice terraces and high mountains.
